Honecker - Prozeß gewonnen!

In dem Rechtsstreit bezüglich der Orden Erich Honeckers wurde die "Einstweilige Verfügung" am 11.09.2020 aufgehoben, die Bundesrepublik Deutschland hat rechtsverbindlich auf alle vermeintlichen Ansprüche verzichtet.

Die Auszeichnungen und Erinnerungsstücke wurden dementsprechend sofort herausgegeben und sind jetzt frei von fremden Rechtsansprüchen. Die rechtsmäßige Eigentumsübertragung von Erich Honecker zu unserem Einlieferer konnte lückenlos dokumentiert werden.

Eines der weltweit bedeutendsten zeitgeschichtlichen Objekte in Privatbesitz,  ist die authentische und lückenlos seit 1945 dokumentierte persönliche Schirmmütze aus dem Besitz Adolf Hitlers die wir für € 520.000,-- versteigert haben sowie Dokumente, Uniformteile, Orden und Auszeichnungen derselben Provenienz.

Aufgeld)  von € 1.300.000,-- als Gesamtgebot für den  hochbedeutenden kompletten Satz  aller vier großen Verleihungsurkunden und Kassetten zum Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes und seiner höheren Stufen (insbesondere der Brillantenkassette) aus dem Nachlaß des Brillantenträgers Generalmajor Adelbert Schulz haben wir in unserer 64. Auktion im Mai 2018 erwartungsgemäß Maßstäbe gesetzt und eines der höchsten Auktionsergebnisse im Bereich militärhistorischer Sammlungsgegenstände erzielt,  das weltweit jemals auf einer Auktion erreicht wurde. 

Dieses einzigartige Ensemble gehört zweifellos zu den besten und bedeutendsten historischen Sammlungsgegenständen weltweit und gelangte nach internationalem Bietergefecht in eine bedeutende Privatsammlung.

We have won the Court Trial on the Erich Honecker items.

On September 11 the Federal Republic of Germany has renounced to all present and future claims on Erich Honeckers Orders and Medals.

The items have been returned to us. We were able to proof  the legal transfer of ownership from Erich Honecker to our consignor back in 1993. These items are now free from all future claims and legal transfer of ownership is possible.

Auction 71  will be held on July 10, 2021 and will contain a magnificent selection of Orders and Medals as well as Military and Historical Antiques from many countries and periods. We will also sell for Thies & Schmid Schwäbische Waffenauktionen GmbH an interesting selection of military firearms primarily from the period 1869 - 1918, including a collection of extremly rare military guns from the Kingdom of Bavaria (license required according to the regulations in your country).
