Black lacquered leather skull with gilt fittings. Front-mounted gilt line eagle. Convex yellow scale chains on officer cockades, Reich cockade on left, Prussian on right. Top plate with gilt stars (two missing). Ball spike. Interior visors green-red. Original green silk grosgrain lining and tan leather sweatband. Size label “57”.
