On a particularly magnificent, wide original ribbon of finest moiré silk in the colors of the French tricolor. With sewn buttons and suspension loops.

With old provenance label with designation: “Insigne de membre de l'Assemblée Nationale législative (Decret du 12 juillet 1792) ayant attribue a S.. P.. Lejeune (1758 - 1827).

Magnificent example of this particularly significant and representative badge from the period of the French Revolution.
