 Gold and enamel. On beautiful red-black double ribbon probably for a simultaneous knight of the Legion of Honor. Crown worked movable. On one of de fleur de lys French gold hallmark (cock's head 1809-1819).

Very nice example from the period of the Napoleonic wars and except for a small chip on the lower arm of the cross (reverse) in excellent condition.
