 Glazed porcelain with rich gilding and coloured porcelaine painting. The wide gilded rim with laurel branches and Russian dedication. On a blue ground. Centre field with depiction of a flag bearer with all four classes of the St. George Soldier's Cross.

Finest porcelain painting. Reverse marked by the Imperial St. Petersburg Porcelain Factory with cipher of Tsar Nicholas II and the year 1909.
