Silver. Saxon royal coat of arms applied to the front. Filigree work on the 7 turnbuckle. The reverse with engraving:

"To his departing comrade / First Lieutenant Emil Leonhard / the officer corps of the Reiter - Regiment Dresden / 1.4.1938 - 14.10.1935".

In the bottom maker's mark: "SCHNAUFFER DRESDEN" as well as silver stamp "800", crown and crescent moon.

Very fine and rare officer's gift of fine quality.
