272 Prussia: Field grey felt helmet for enlisted men of the line regiments (infantry).

The helmet made of field grey felt with iron fittings painted grey. Top disc with smooth top spike. Front applied eagle for line regiments. With black leather strap on buttons 91 and crew cockades. Original, lashed black leather lining. Inside illegibly stamped and with recipient's initials "AM".

Very beautiful and rare helmet from the 1st World War.
