Silver - gilt and enamelled, on the sewn original neck - ribbon. In the ring maker's mark G.A.S, of the jeweller Georg Adam Scheid, Vienna. The medallion in fine enamel painting. The saint in the red coat.

In original case by on Maksim Antonijevich. The lid with plastically embossed, coloured Serbian royal coat of arms. Lid with signs of age.

Very fine example with only minimal signs of wear.
