14 Military Merit Cross (Pour le Mérite for Soldiers and NCOs).

 Silver - gilt, with original ribbon. On the lower arm of the cross the stamped maker's mark "W" of the court jewellers Wagner & Sohn, Berlin and the silver mark "938".

In It's original red imitation leather case of issue. Inside black velvet inlay, the lid with black silk lining.

Very fine, worn original example of this highest Prussian award for bravery for other ranks, which was therefore popularly called "Pour le Mérite for non-commissioned officers and soldiers".

Exemple with absolutely intact gilding and very rare in this condition.
