Bronze - gold plated. On the particularly beautiful, sewn, long original collar with clasp hook.

The letters of the Order's motto and the reign of Albrecht the Bear finely polished on both sides on a grained background.

The slightly slanted swords and the crown are finely embossed on a movable hinge.

According to Dr Gerd Scharffenberg, Die Orden und Ehrenzeichen der Anhaltischen Staaten, Offenbach/Main, 1999, p. 155, the commander's decoration with crown and swords was awarded twice, to Prince Aribert von Anhalt and the regimental commander of the Anhalt Infantry Regiment No. 93, Major General Faelligen.

Extremely rare, flawless original copy in the very best execution. In his standard work, Scharffenberg reproduces a historical photograph of this or a similar piece.

One of the greatest rarities among the Anhalt orders and decorations.
