Grand Cross with Swords, 1st model, 1847-1906. The Grand Cross badge of honour in gold and enamel, on a beautiful, stitched original sash made of fine moiré silk. A magnificent piece of the very finest jeweller's quality and in outstanding condition.

The breast star in silver, the superimposed cross of the order in gold and enamel. On pin. A fine, brilliant piece in the best jeweller's quality. There are insignificant, barely visible hairline cracks in the white enamel, otherwise it is in very good condition.

Both pieces together in the original dark brown leather presentation case.

A magnificent set in the best jeweller's quality, and one that is very difficult to obtain in its entirety.
