A fine breast star with brilliant cut diamonds to go with the cross. Silver, the superimposed figure of the saint and the scroll gold and enamel. Particularly fine and three-dimensionally crafted design. On double pin with old Italian maker's mark and silver marks.

Some minor wear-related chips.

A magnificent piece of the very finest jeweller's quality from the first half of the 19th century. Difficult to obtain in this particularly fine quality.
