Black lacquered leather skull with silver-plated fittings. Superimposed guard eagle with scroll at the front: ‘PENINSULA / WATERLOO / GARZIA_HERNANDEZ’. Superimposed silver-plated officer's guard star. The centre enamelled. Curved yellow metal chinscales with officer's cockade. Officer's field emblem. Officer's version of lining made of ribbed silk with brown leather sweatband.

Very beautiful and well-preserved shapka.
