51 Rußland: St. Anna Orden - Satz 1. Klasse, verliehen an ein Mitglied eines bedeutenden europäischen Königshauses.

The order's cross in gold and enamel, without sash. The medallion with fine enamel painting. The background of the translucent red enamel with fine guilloché pattern. The eyelet with gold hallmark ‘56’ and the city mark of St. Petersburg. Under the enamel of the vertical cross arms on the reverse, the double-headed eagle hallmark and the maker's mark ‘IK’ for court jeweller Julius Keibel, before 1882.

The breast star is silver, the medallion gilt and enamelled. The order motto is separately applied to the translucent red enamel background. On pin with maker's mark ‘Keibel’ and silver hallmark ‘84’, the St. Petersburg city mark and Russian double-headed eagle. The reverse of the star is gilt and with the same hallmark as on the pin.
