Black lacquered leather skull with gilt fittings. Front applied eagle with outspread wings and applied silver Guards star. The medallion enameled. Flat yellow scale chin chains. On the left the Imperial cockade, on the right the Prussian cockade (officer versions). Top disk with gilt stars. Spike with loose interior disk. Interior visors red-green. Original light brown leather sweatband and interior lining of silk rep.

Untouched helmet. The leather heavily cracked and partially with significant flaking.
