Black lacquered leather skull with silvered fittings. Front-mounted Guard eagle with Prussian Guard star (Order of the Black Eagle), the medallion particularly domed and enameled. Gilt Landwehr cross (Reserve cross). Flat white scale chains on officer cockades, Reich cockade on left, Prussian on right. Top disc with non-regulation gilt stars. Spike missing. Interior visors green-red. Original green silk rep lining and brown leather sweatband.
