Gilt brass hilt with lion head pommel. Grip with wire wrap. Complete with attached sword knot. Bright curved back-edged blade with decorative etching on both sides and the inscription “EISENHAUER”. Black lacquered iron scabbard with one carrying ring. Complete with officer's sword hanger.

Very fine, well-preserved example.
