Display frame of white cloth with portrait of Kaiser Friedrich III in relief silverwork surrounded by rocailles, laurel branches, below which the separately applied Reichsadler (Imperial Eagle). The whole surmounted by the Imperial Crown held by putti and the particularly three-dimensional figure of Victoria, goddess of victory. Reverse covered with white silk and with silver-plated metal stand.
