Kingdom of Sardinia: Military Order of Savoy, Knight's Cross first model. Silver and enameled, on original ribbon. Enamel chip on lower cross arm. The reverse monogram and laurel wreath finely chased.
Kingdom of Sardinia: Silver Medal “AL VALORE MILITARE” for valor in the Battle of Novara (1849). On the reverse the dedication engraving:
“23. MARZO 1849 / LUIGI SCATI”. On the obverse below the royal coat of arms the die-cutter's mark “F.G.” (G. FERRARIS).

Awarded to Major General Luigi Scati di Casaleggio on September 22, 1848 for his valor and loyalty in exercising command over the troops assigned to protect King Carlo Alberto in the Italian War of Independence 1849. Gold and enamel, on fine original ribbon of finest moiré silk.
Kingdom of Sardinia: Staff of the Master of Ceremonies and Introducer of Ambassadors. Black wooden shaft with light-colored knob. Together with the corresponding miniature.
Personal saber Model 1833, called Albertina from the estate of Major General Luigi Scati di Casaleggio. Brass hilt, the grip with silver-plated wire wrapping. With original gilded sword knot. The blade with decorative etching and inscription on both sides: “en Toledo”. Finely polished iron scabbard with two suspension rings. Length: 102 cm.

Awarded on October 23, 1833 to Luigi Scati di Casaleggio (1784 - 1850).
Below the order decorations and the crossed saber and ceremonial staff mounted on a black velvet background is a calligraphically designed parchment document with handwritten identification of the individual decorations and award circumstances.
