Orden de Cisneros) was established on March 8, 1944 by the Spanish head of state Francisco Franco and was an award of the Falange movement. It was awarded by the general secretary of the movement to people who had rendered outstanding services in the field of "spiritual development of the country". The 1st and 2nd Classes of the Order were awarded by decree of the Caudillo Francisco Franco, on the proposal of the Secretary General of the Movement. The other classes were awarded by ministerial decree in the name of the head of state Franco.[2][3] With the award of the 1st and 2nd class, the recipients were to be addressed as Excellency and bearers of the Commander's Cross with Breast Star with the title of Distinguished Sirs.[4] The collane itself consists of a sequence of crosses and palms, in the center of which the described cross is then attached. Splendor set in the finest, hardly to be surpassed Spanish goldsmith work and as one of the highest orders of the Spanish Falange in this precious execution of the greatest rarity.
