Auction 81 - Live Saleroom Event Auction
Auction 81 will be held on May 18, 2024 at 2 pm at our premises in Kirchheim unter Teck.
We would be happy to see you personally in our saleroom on the day of the auction or for public viewing the day preceeding the sale.
The first 150 lots of our upcoming 81st auction have been released and we will add more items within the upcoming week. The complete catalogue should be online by the end of next week.
Appart from attending the auction in person you can of course register for telephone bidding, send written absentee bids (proxy bids) or register for onlline bidding during the auction with our livestream.
The bidding functions are activated so you can already start to place bids or register for live bidding during the auction in our livestream (please press the LIVE - Auction button and follow the instructions).
The sale includes important historical collector's items from all countries and eras. In the section with important historical military antiques from the period 1933 - 1945, some particularly important military awards and groupings will be auctioned.
Of particular interest is the first part of a special collection on the German Cross in Gold and the German Cross in Silver with numerous rarities as well as a rich selection of German Air Force awards from the Second World War.
One of the best examples of the Grand Cross of the Iron Cross 1939 and several extensive Knight's Cross groupings take the lead of our Iron Cross section.
A very special highlight of this auction is the historically important grouping of documents of the German Foreign Minister Konstantin v. Neurath.
Among the imperial orders of the German states, we are offering a very fine and rare selection of orders of the Kingdom of Württemberg, including the grouping of General of the Infantry Karl v. Stohrer, as well as numerous other rare orders and medals from various German states.
Among the range of foreign orders and medals is a fine selection of Imperial Russian Orders and decorations as well as selected rarities from other countries.
An absolute Highlight is the grouping of orders and medals from the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies awarded to Captain Trentacapplli who became famous for arresting the former King Joachim Murat.
In the area of militaria you will find selected helmets and headgear as well as some very beautiful uniforms and important collector's items from Italian and Spanish fascism. An Austrian regimental standard and an early ensemble of an Austrian dragoon officer can also be found in our auction offer as well as some particularly beautiful German helmets and pickelhauben.
