 Pistol 08 of Erfurt manufacture from 1912 without stop shaft groove with double date 1912/1920 and identification of the police guard. The weapon has an original bluing to 75% with the barrel and the left side of the weapon weak rust traces. The nrgl. pistol bears the small date 1920 on the top of the case as well as the identification of the Polizeiwehr (P.W. 2543) on the front of the grip. The barrel itself is somewhat dull, rifling and fields clearly visible. The pistol is nrgl. except for the magazine and bears the S.Nr. and acceptance marks in the designated places and the maker's mark ERFURT under crown on the knee joint. A pistol 08 which served both in the 1st World War and in the police force.
