Breast star of the order. Silver, the multi-piece medallion and separately applied radiant wreath and Heart of Jesus decoration gold and enamels. Reverse fitted with pin. On the back the maker's label of the court jeweler Frederico da Costa, Lisbon.

Particularly beautiful, highly domed example of brilliant workmanship and jeweler's quality that can hardly be surpassed.

Like the sash badge offered under the previous number, very rare breast star reserved only for heads of state and princes from ruling houses.
