The flag cloth made of fine silk in the colours of the tricolour: blue-white-red.

On the front in gold lettering the inscription:

"RÉPUBLIQUE FRANCAISE 306e. RÈGIMENT D'ARTILLERIE".

In each corner within gold laurel/oak wreaths the regimental number: "306e." The reverse with gold inscription: "HONNEUR ET PATRIE" , below the battle designations:

"VERDUN 1916 / FLANDRES 1918 / BELGIQUE 1918".

Exceptionally rare field emblem and except for a few barely visible damage in the silk fabric in excellent condition.
