107 Dagger of the commander of the Moschettieri del Duce, model 1923.

 Gilded brassl finish with black ebony grip. The grip panels on both sides with inlaid, gilded lictor bundles. The inscription: "DUX" (Duce) on the front crossguard.

Double-edged plain blade with a high centre point on both sides. Gilt brass scabbard with a carrying handle on the back.

This special model of the regulated dagger of the Moschetteri del Duce, M 1923 is illustrated and described in Ruggero Belogi, Moschetteri del Duce "Silenziosi Fedeli", Parma 1996; pp.89 and 142.

Extremely rare edged  weapon of a commander of the legendary personal bodyguard of the Duce, Benito Mussolini.
