92 Sabre of the "Petit Montmorency" type from the French Revolution.

The basket hilt brass - with impressive fire gilding. The pommel as a lion's head. The basket with trophies of arms as well as the Gallic cockerel and Jacobin cap. On it shield with the motto: FIDÉLITÉ À LA LOI...". The former words "ET LE ROI" ( and the king) were removed after the king's condemnation and execution in 1793, but are still slightly.

Broad, single-edged blade with decorative etching on both sides. On the backside the motto: "PRO LEGE ...& PATRIA". Here, too, the former word "REGE" (king) has been removed. With original leather scabbard with brass fittings. On two suspension rings.
