33 Patiala Royal Family Order (Nishan-i-Phul)

Gold and enamesl, with ribbon. On the back engraved maker's inscription: "GARRARD & CO. LTD / LONDON - CALCUTTA".

The bright blue translucent enamel with a finely guilloched background.

A splendid example of the finest jeweller's quality made by the British court jeweller, who produced almost all the decorations for the legendary Maharajah of Patiala, Bupendra Singh.
