 Cuff Title "Grenzpolizei" in so called "Flatwire" design for SS - Führer. Very fine untrimmed example. On the back RZM - paper label.

Length: 465 mm.

SD - sleeve diamond for members of the Security Service of the SS. Hand embroidered version for SS - Officers made of silver plated metal threads. Remains of glue on the back.

Beautiful repro - portrait photo of the recipient as SS - Untersturmführer (Lieutenant) with well visible cuff title "Grenz - Polizei" as well as the SD - sleeve diamond. Postcard size. On the back handwritten dedication:

Also included the personal photo album of Alfred Schmidt, the cover with SS - runes and the designation: "To the memory of my service time with the SS - Standarte Germany".

A total of 136 photos from the time of service with the SS - Standarte Deutschland and the SS - Grenz - Polizei Konstanz.

Among them are original photos of RFSS Heinrich Himmler at the acceptance of troops, members of the Standarte Deutschland with SS - Krätzchen, photo of the later diamond recipient Otto Gille still as Untersturmführer with cuff title "Württemberg", original photos of Adolf Hitler and Heinrich Himmler in Nuremberg, reception of Italian fascist leaders, private photos of celebrations on the Königsplatz in Munich, partly with Adolf Hitler, SS - parade with marching past Hitler and Gfm. v. Blomberg, group shot of the SS border - police with well visible cuff titles , single shots of members of the SS - border - police (with cuff titles)

The recipient of these pieces of insignia was first a member of the Verfügungstruppe of the SS (Deutschland) and then with the SS - Grenzpolizei Konstanz (attached photocopied curriculum vitae).

Extremely rare and highly interesting grouping of great rarity and excellent state of preservation.
