200 1936 Olympic Award 1st Class Neck Badge.

 Tombac - metal, gilt and enamelled. With original neck ribbon. Reverse with hollow rivets. In the white enamel of the eagle very minor chips due to wear.

In beautiful original case of issue of white imitation leather, the lid with the Olympic rings in gold embossing. Interior with velvet inlay, lining torn at the inner hinge.

Accompanied by the original award certificate to the (Royal Hungarian) Ministerial Director Csurgay. Dated Berlin, 12 November 1936, with embossed seal and facsimile signature of Reich Chancellor Adolf Hitler. Document formerly framed and trimmed, creased in the lower area.

Very fine worn original badge. Especially with award document and original case rare.
