1st class neck badge, issued 1934 - 1937. Non-ferrous metal - gilded and enamelled, with original neck ribbon. The ring on the back with maker's mark: "GEBR. GODET & Co. BERLIN".
In the original brown imitation leather case of issue. Interior with velvet inlay, the white artificial silk lining with maker's label of the Godet company.
Accompanied by the original award certificate to the Royal (Hungarian) Ministerial Councillor Dr. Tibor von Czurgay. Dated Berlin, 29 May 1934, with embossed seal and original signature of the President of the German Red Cross, Duke Carl Eduard of Saxony-Coburg and Gotha.
Enclosed award certificate for the 2nd class to the same recipient. Dated Berlin, 28. 11. 1933. With original signature of the DRK - President von Winterfeldt-Menkin (signed one day before his resignation).
