Silver stamp "800" and maker's mark on the upper rim of the cup. Inside gilded.

The misspelling of "April" and the hallmark indicate that this cup was made in France or Belgium. The engraving extremely finely executed and lined with black lacquer.

In the original case. Inside lid with photo of Max Wünsch in SS panzer uniform as Sturmbannführer.

With original cuff title of the Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler in hand-embroidered officer's design in silver-plated metal threads. End pieces trimmed and with thread remnants (detached from a uniform),

This ensemble comes from the possession of a US - veteran. It is not known whether the cuff title was owned by Max Wünsch, but it is very likely.

Absolutely authentic ensemble of great rarity.
